TechHelp will offer a Public Toyota Kata Introduction Course this year in Southwest Idaho. Toyota Kata is a structured, scientific approach to continuous improvement, problem-solving. Class Size & Registration

  • Cost: $300 for the first participant, with a $50 discount for each additional participant up to three. Any participants beyond four will be $200 each.

Course Instructors

Paul Hamacher has 30 years of expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, leading process improvement, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives. As Director of Lean Six Sigma at Honeywell, he managed over 140 global projects. His experience spans multiple industries, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations.

Joe Milligan brings a wealth of industry experience from leading companies such as J.R. Simplot, Basic American Foods, Glanbia Nutritionals, and Hearthside Food Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Idaho. Joe’s career spans Manufacturing, Raw Material Procurement, Product Management, and Human Resources. His expertise includes operational excellence grounded in Human Resources, training, and safety, along with extensive experience in lean manufacturing.
