TechHelp will offer a Public Toyota Kata Introduction Course this year in North Idaho. Toyota Kata is a structured, scientific approach to continuous improvement, problem-solving,. Paul Hamacher has 30 years of expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, leading process improvement, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives. As Director of Lean Six Sigma at Honeywell, he managed over 140 global projects. His experience spans multiple industries, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations

Luke Fuess serves as the primary liaison between NIST and TechHelp for the Supply Chain Optimization and Intelligence Network, ensuring alignment and program success. He brings extensive manufacturing expertise, with experience in production management at ICON Aircraft, serving as COO at US Ordnance, and leading in alternative fuel production. His focus on efficiency, inventory management, and workforce development drives impact across Idaho’s manufacturing sector. Luke applies lean methodologies and strategic planning to optimize operations and strengthen industry resilience.
