Accessible and affordable, our public trainings are conveniently located in Northern, Southwest, and Southeast Idaho, making it easy for manufacturers across the state to participate. Lean Six Sigma White Belt (LSSWB) 1 Day Course:

  • Serves as an introductory level to the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Focuses on providing a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of Lean and Six Sigma.

Participants Learn:

  • Core components such as identifying waste.
  • Understanding process variation.
  • The DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework.

Training typically covers:

  • The history and benefits of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Basic problem-solving techniques.
  • The importance of a data-driven approach.

White Belt holders are equipped to:

  • Support projects.
  • Understand the language and concepts used in Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Pursue further training towards a Yellow Belt to deepen their expertise and take on more advanced roles in Lean Six Sigma projects.

Course Pricing, Certification, and Discount Options:

  •  $300 /person covers all sessions, training materials, project support, venues & food.
  • Successful participants receive a completion certificate from Boise State University. 
  • Class size of 15 - 20 (max) ensures quality class time and project supervision.

Course Instructor

Luke Fuess joined TechHelp as a Client Manager in March 2023, bringing extensive experience in manufacturing management and operations. He played a key role in creating ICON’s 136,000 SqFt facility in Northern California, which deepened his passion for manufacturing.
