Accessible and affordable, our public trainings are conveniently located in Northern, Southwest, and Southeast Idaho, making it easy for manufacturers across the state to participate. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) 2 Day Course:

  • Builds on the foundational knowledge provided at the White Belt level.
  • Offers more detailed insights into Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Training covers key elements of the DMAIC cycle in more depth, including: Process mapping, Root cause analysis, Basic statistical analysis

Participants Learn:

  • Identify improvement opportunities within their teams.
  • Contribute to problem-solving projects led by Green Belts and Black Belts.

Emphasizes the importance of:

  • Teamwork
  • Data collection
  • Basic analytical skills

Yellow Belt holders are equipped to:

  • Play an active role in supporting Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within their organizations.
  • Pursue further training towards a Yellow Green to deepen their expertise and take on more advanced roles in Lean Six Sigma projects.

  • Successful participants receive a completion certificate from Boise State University.

Course Instructor

Luke Fuess joined TechHelp as a Client Manager in March 2023, bringing extensive experience in manufacturing management and operations. He played a key role in creating ICON’s 136,000 SqFt facility in Northern California, which deepened his passion for manufacturing. Luke's expertise spans Lean Methodology, Inventory Management, ERP Systems, Staffing, and Training, making him a valuable asset to Idaho manufacturers.
